1. How do you serve?
We serve Buffet style.  The meat is always carved at Buffet table.  We typically serve you unless otherwise specified. 
2.  Do you supply glassware or disposable?
  Both, if you want glassware then we will provide them at an extra expense.  Disposable provided!  Colors available!  Ask for details. 
3. Do you bus the tables? 
Our crew will go around after dinner and between dinner and dessert. 
We will do the best we can with the time frame we are working with.

4.  My Aunt Sally and my Gramma want to bring their favorite dish do you mind?
Yes and no.  We understand that telling Granny no is hard to do and truly keep that in mind.   If someone gets sick off of Granny's food or Aunt Sally's than We are held accountable both legally and socially.  We are okay with it as long as it has a designated area.  I don't mean the otherside of the party but close by.

5.  Do you do Benefits?
Yes.  We are happy to help as much as we can for Kittitas County residents.  We will work with any benefit to come up with great meal plan.
