Before reading any of the menu please know that nothing is set in stone. You can make up your own Menu. We want you to have a great party with excellent food reviews. All dinners include disposable plates, napkins and silverware. We do buy the best disposable you can get. Our silverware is very heavy duty along with our plates and napkins. We cook our food on-site with our portable grills. Sales tax is not included in below quotes. Wa. state sales tax is 8%. We do not charge gratuity. That is optional. If you want glassware please let us know. We can get it for you and arrange for table busing at additional cost. All Dinners are served Buffet style with servers. Meat is CARVED at buffet table. We do have linens of all colors for our serving tables. Our family has been catering in the Valley for over 30 years. We are proud to serve every plate that goes out the door. We look forward to assisting you and your party needs.
